Preparing to work in Adult and Social Care

Participants must be:

Over 18 years old
In receipt of JSA or ESA
Non degree holder
Lived in the UK for over 3 years
At Entry Level 3 or above in literacy and numeracy
Willing to work a minimum of 16 hours, which may include shift and weekend working

QCF qualification for individuals looking to enter or develop further within the Adult Social Care sector.

At the end of this 11 day course you will be required to attend an intensive job placement day where you will be supported in your job applications (subject to opportunities). You will be offered a range of options including work placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities.
