Bite Size Retail

Are you looking for a career in Retail?

Participants must be:

• Over 18 years old
• In receipt of JSA
• Looking to develop a career in retail
• Non degree holder
• Lived in the UK for over 3 years
• At Entry Level 3 or above in literacy and numeracy
• Willing to work a minimum of 16 hours, which may include shift and weekend working

A short course in Retail covering the key aspects of the retail industry, including the knowledge, skills and other competencies that employers look for in their prospective employees.

At the end of this 4 day course you will be required to attend an intensive job placement day where you will be supported in your job applications (subject to opportunities). You will be offered a range of options including work placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities.
