CUSTOMER CARE

Participants must be:

• Over 18 years old
• In receipt of JSA
• Non degree holder
• Lived in the UK for over 3 years
• At Entry Level 3 or above in literacy and numeracy
• Willing to work a minimum of 16 hours, which may include shift and weekend working

• Handling customer complaints and/or problems

QCF qualification in Customer Care is aimed at individuals pursuing a career in the hospitality sector. Jobs include receptionists within hotels, tour guides, and any other role that involves interacting with the public.

At the end of this 7 day course you will be required to attend an intensive job placement day where you will be supported in your job applications (subject to opportunities). You will be offered a range of options including work placements, apprenticeships and employment opportunities.
