A two week, intensive job search and personal development course designed to “kick start” or redirect job search. Sessions are split between group work and individual job search in fully equipped surroundings and co-facilitated by experienced tutors.

Topics covered:

• Initial assessment and an Individual Development Plan.
• On–call advice and mentoring support.
• CV and interview preparation.
• Job seeking techniques
• Completing application forms
• Telephone techniques
• Confidence and self esteem building

Further options beyond the two weeks include mentoring, volunteering opportunities and visits to other local training providers and job fairs.
