The Citizens Trust is fortunate in having its own inhouse job brokerage team, Into Work. Experienced recruitment advisers can match the Trust’s clients with many and varied employers, all of whom have pledged support by offering work placements, guaranteed interviews etc. Employers include Sainsbury’s, Wincanton Logistics, Spec Savers, Boots, HSS Hire, Lean on Me, NEXT, Iceland and Park Royal Partnership, which is the largest industrial estate in Europe.

The Trust belongs to many employer forums such as local Chambers of Commerce, West London Business Network etc. This means we can keep abreast of local employment trends and needs, so we can help more employers find the staff they need, and jobseekers can find the jobs they want.

The Into Work team also provides a high level of post-employment support for both employer and employee, to make sure the job is one that will last. This means advising and arranging individual support measures such as the provision of mentors and flexible work patterns if needed. Many businesses are now familiar with the work and ethics of the Trust, and know that we can be relied upon to provide the support needed by both employer and employee.

The Trust is also well known for its innovative ways of matching employers and potential placements/employees. One such provision is the Monthly Job Match Days, which may be open or sector specific such as retail, security etc. Inhouse Job Match and Recruitment Days can also offer family-friendly services such as Face Painting for Children leaving Mums and Dads to concentrate on planning for the future for themselves and the family.
