The Trust belongs to many employer forums such as local Chambers of Commerce, West London Business Network etc. This means we can keep abreast of local employment trends and needs, so we can help more employers find the staff they need, and jobseekers can find the jobs they want.
The Into Work team also provides a high level of post-employment support for both employer and employee, to make sure the job is one that will last. This means advising and arranging individual support measures such as the provision of mentors and flexible work patterns if needed. The Trust is also well known for its innovative ways of matching employers and potential placements/employees.
