What’s the programme about?

Workstep offers new opportunities for unemployed disabled people and provides individual tailored support.

• Involves employers in the development and support of their own employees.
• Enables individuals to work effectively in a job, focusing on their own and their employer's needs in a planned and structured way.
• Delivers across West London, working closely with Jobcentre Plus.

Workstep offers clients:

• Initial assessment and an Individual Development Plan.
• On–call advice and mentoring support.
• CV and Interview preparation.
• Job seeking techniques

Workstep offers employers:

• Up to £400 per month in exchange for a full-time paid position.
• On–call advice and awareness help.
• Motivated people looking for work experience and permanent employment.
• Contribution to employment–relat ed cost.
• Support throughout the WORKSTEP employment period.
