Workstep offers new job opportunities for unemployed disabled people and provides individual tailored support for both employer and employee.

Workstep offers clients:

• Initial assessment and an Individual Development Plan
• On–call advice and mentoring support
• CV and interview preparation
• Job search advice

Workstep offers employers:

• Up to £400 per month in exchange for a full-time paid position
• On–call advice and awareness help
• Motivated people looking for work experience and permanent employment
• Contribution to employment–related costs
• Support throughout the Workstep employment period
